To create the "Pinnacle" outcome, that is your assurance of excellence and quality, we've developed the following 3-tiered process:

1. List Consulting

The first and most important part of our engagement with you is to fully understand your business and marketing needs. This includes a comprehensive assessment of your business. What is the nature of your business? What are your objectives? What types of marketing strategies have you initiated to date? How successful have these been? If you have utilized direct marketing previously, what results were obtained? What timelines and frequency schedules are being considered? What are your budgetary considerations and desired Return on Investment (ROI) considerations?

2. List Research

Once we have established your specific direct marketing needs and have a solid understanding of your business and overall directions, we then proceed to locate several top list choices based upon your target market. This step involves due diligence and specific list recommendations that, in our professional opinion, will deliver the "Pinnacle" results.

3. List Delivery

Once we have arrived at your list of choice, we then determine whether you want to use it once or multiple times, as pricing can vary based on your decision. We also determine the quantity of records you want from the overall count. Some vendors require minimum orders – anywhere from 1000 B2B records, 2000 B2C records, to a 5000 record minimum postal or telemarketing & 10,000 record email campaign.
